Shipping & Returns
It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. It takes about 2-5 business days to fulfill orders. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you decide which shipping option is right for you and the gifts you'll be sending.

But sometimes we're out of stock, and it might take a bit longer. But don't worry, we'll always let you know in advance. Our merchandise is sent by airmail from California, to anywhere in the world. International orders may be subject to customs duties & taxes.
Returns Policy
If you're unhappy with the product you've received, then we'd be happy to take it off your hands, or replace it, provided you contact us within a week of receiving the product.

2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
International shipping
